   i would sugest u to invest in stocks of metal.
   but it should be for long term investment if u thinking of intraday then i would sugest u to better keep ur money in bank,becase in intraday no one can earn money everyone who do intraday is definately in big loss.
   invest in metals for log term but tht too not thru commodity tht should be invested thru equity (purchasing shares).

   Currency trading is better since the market is pen 24 hours and there are only a certain number of pair to work with
